I'm in need of a 205/45/17

I have a nail in my tire that can't be patched and I don't want to buy a new tire because I won't be keeping these wheels/tires long. I've called around to all the Discount tires around me and none of them have anything used. Do any of you local guys have something used laying around you want to sell for cheap?
