I will have to say the three most important things in real estate value also can apply to exhibitions like this one.

Maybe a location with less congestion would be better. Thank goodness he didn't hit a pedestrian. Besides the property damage it looks like the cycle rider was the only one injured thank goodness.
He didn't qualify for the Darwin awards there, but should be a runner up.
