Dinner at In-N-Out with Out-of-Towner

Hey All!

I'm going out to dinner at In-N-Out next week with "Uncle_John" from NAM. He will be in town on business. He is from the Dallas area Mini Club. Anyone want to join us? It will be the one in Mesa on Stapley and I think Southern or Baseline. I'll know more on exactly which day in a bit but just wanted to give you a heads up if you would like to meet an out-of-towner!


UPDATE: Dinner will be Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the In-N-Out Burger at 1650 S. Stapley, in Mesa (between Baseline and Southern). Hope you all can come!

But on the same note. I am going out to dinner with a whole bunch of Mass Motoring Clubbers tonight. So I am going to be the out-of-towner! We're having German food. They do an international night. A different country every time...neat idea!

Definitely will try to make that one Caren. WAY back in June 2005, I PMed with John prior to us picking up our Mini at Moritz Mini in Arlington.

He was originally going to meet us there for a send-off, but was working with one of the Indy teams that weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. He did leave us some cool F22 Fighter Jet trinkets from his work though.

Real nice guy, so definitely look forward to meeting him if possible! Earlier in the week the better for me, since we hit the road for LA on Friday afternoon!

What a fun get together... thanks for putting it together Caren, John seemed to really have a good time meeting everyone. 12+ Minis on such short notice to show some local hospitality to a visiting Mini owner from out of town, great job all!
