CommuteMate "nav-cup" to buy or not to buy

Moss has a dash mount, GPS holder for $16.95. Looks like it would solve problem of suction cup "disconnect" from glass. Anyone have one, or have opinion about these GPS screen holders? Better options out there? Thanks :D

The Kuda mounts are most excellent for both 1st Gen & 2nd Gen MINIs, but not even close to the $16 price range of the Moss version. I haven't tried or seen the Moss mount, so I cannot comment in detail.

Bought the "nav-cup" from Moss. It does NOT stay on the dash, as advertised.
