They've got pancakes, waffles, eggs, omelets and oh, yeah, biscuits. Biscuits Country Café 7026 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson located behind the Gaslight Theater. Usual time of 8 am, RSVP for a seat at the table.

After breakfast we're motoring over to Tanque Verde Ranch to check out their facilities, which includes walking/hiking trails. Wear appropriate shoes and bring water. Other roads may beckon also so petrol up your MINI.
