DRP - Cold War Rally / Blast from the Past - Sat. May 10th

For this run we point our bonnets South and check out the Titan Missile Museum and the Pima Air & Space Museum. Nothing like a real underground missile silo to see how close we were to the front lines of the cold war. Then we get to check out all the awesome aircraft and grab lunch at Pima Air Museum.

Travel times - AZ Mills to Missile museum is a little over 2 hours. Then it is about 30 minutes from the Missile museum to the Air & Space museum. Then figure about another 2 hours back to the Valley.

Please bring your 2-way radios if possible. There is a place to have lunch in the air & space museum ( flight grill ) or you can do lunch on your own. After you get done at the Air & Space museum you are free to return on your own or we can grab dinner someplace?? No set plans for the return trip.
