Okay guys,

I finally got fed up with the other thread and decided to make one for this day. I can't make it on the 23rd, the 16th is Valentine's day weekend and too short of notice, so this is the date.

As usual as we get closer to the date, I will post a more detailed information thread, but for now here is the general scoop.

The route:

We'll take the I-60 to the 177 to the 77 and meet up somewhere with the Tucson crew, Andy, help me out on this one. From that point we'll do a drive up Mt. Lemmon and then return for socializing and food, Andy, once again help me out here.

Phoenix crew morning start time and meeting point:

Meet at 9 AM sharp in the AJ's Find Foods parking lot in the strip mall just south of the I-60 and Val Vista. From here we'll travel together to the 177 and so on and so forth.

After that I need Andy to lay down some check points, otherwise, thread is set, lets get some attendance here people, got a full months notice...well almost, it is February.

So.. the PHX crew and Tucson crews finally join for an awesome adventure. Chris and I will put together more details soon.. :thumbup:

It is on several different forums. VwVortex, BMW,and AzEuros, we are trying to get the clubs together. Az Euros is for all European cars. I would love to see a good showing of Minis again. We kind did this before with the Mt Graham run, but this time the BMW peeps are in charge of organization.

The proposed schedule (copied from that-other-site) is:
9:15 - PHX crew leaves the Valley
9:30 - PHX crew leaves the Valley (for realz this time)
10:10 - Mike does a 180 while trying to make a U-turn, everyone LOLs
11:00ish - Meet at Risky Business on Oracle and Pusch View Ln (just south of 1st Avenue)
1:00 - Head for Mt Lemmon. It'll be about a 1/2 hour drive from the restaurant to the bottom of the mountain.
1:30 - Ascend the Mt. Lemmon
2:15ish - Photos / Relax/ Adore snow on mountain
2:30 - Head back down. The Tucson folks will show the PHX folks where to get gas, and we'll give you a heads-up how to get back to I-10.

5:00 / 6:00 - PHX folks should be back at home for dinner time!
