Leaving Tucson in May

Postby pepegrande008 » Thu Feb 19, 2009 4:57 am

Hey guys it has been great being part of the club here in Tucson. Unfortunately, well fortunately for me!, i will be leaving Tucson upon graduation in May. I will be close though. I have been hired as the lead Rangeland Management Specialists in Yuma, AZ. This is my home town and I am very happy to be going back. I know there is no section of the club in Yuma, and I would like to see what everyone thinks of me trying to start one. The only problem is that my first year with the Bureau of Land Management will be very busy and i will not have enough time to dedicate for being a local club leader. I would still love to be part of the club and take part in some club events. Again, thank you all for all the conversation, help, parts, and humor.

You should definitely try to start a chapter there! I think you only need 5 members! Go you!
Please continue your postings and try to take pictures of what there is to DO in Yuma besides go to a casino and a mobile home park.
