Tagged a Hyper Blue (I think) Cooper S, with the plate Turbo S, at the Whole Foods on Rural Road in Tempe on Friday afternoon. Talked to the driver briefly. He seemed to know who we were - said he'd been to an ice cream social a year or two back - never joined.
