DRP - 3rd Saturday Car Show - Scottsdale Pavilions Jul 18

Come on out to our 3rd Saturday of the month meet-up at the weekly car show by the McDonalds at The Pavilions in Scottsdale.

Day time temps are tough this time of year, but the evenings get comfortable once that sun starts to set.

We are usually in the second row in the parking lot on your right, as you come in the main entrance off Indian Bend.

The die-hards and early folks tend to start arriving around 3-4 PM this time of year, if not earlier, but if you happen to be the first to arrive, start saving spots if you can!

We try to save as many spaces as possible, but if you do show up later, we will definitely try to find some room for you!

A few of us braved the heat this evening, actually more than the pictures reflect. I packed up when the arrival of the dust storm was imminent and raced it home. Won the race until I hit the second one coming from the west. Doh!

Also found out what a cooler does when someone stops directly in front of you in the round-about and it slams into the back of the front seat. It was a small tidal wave- fortunately the majority of water cooled off the passengers, only requiring a one towel clean up.

guess tha fact that I FINALLY got my 2 kids to come out..scared every one away?! So they now even think less of the whole experience..being that the lot was so empty hehehe..even all the regulars skipped it this week...just my luck
