Cruise On Central Oct. 10th

Postby dragonflyer » Wed Oct 07, 2009 5:19 am

Just thought I would let everyone know. Cruise on Central is this weekend.

I'm going to go and bring the Pickup. If anyone would like to meet up there then let me know.

That number does not go to a hotline. Just some very confused lady. Anyway...what time does it usually start?

Time to spend some hours on the old car to get it out to this stuff now that the good weather is finally here! :)

Two days isn't enough time for you to get the cleaning done? ;)

"Let's have some fun Cruising Central Avenue in Phoenix... Just like the old
days when we would cruise from McDonalds on Indian School to the Library on
McDowell...

The Cruise on Central Avenue is sponsored by Southwest Sportswear and
everyone will gather at Park Central Mall (Central and Earl). Lots of
parking, food, entertainment, oldies music and fun for everyone.

The Sponsors ask that we be respectful to all trafic laws so we can continue
this historic event. Please no parking on mall property before 1:00 p.m.
This year there will be a $5.00 per car entry fee to park at Park Central
Mall..

HAVE A BLAST BUT KEEP IT COOL!

Sorry guys that I did not respond sooner. My weeks are crazy busy and I barely even had time to scan and post this. My plan was to head down there around 5 or 6 but it looks like the Car show is going to be an all day thing.

If anyone would like to meet up there or head down there with me then just call or Txt me 602-430-3250

Thanks Jon for posting that info. Where did you find that. All I got was the flyer and no other info.

If it goes late I could show up. But it would have to be after 9. So yeah, maybe not. :?

I should be there :) This event used to be really awesome back in the day. But the fuzz have put a stop to most of the fun these days. Still a great show though.

If we can some how call ahead a reserve a few parking spaces I think we can get in for $5 instead of $10

That's what my Camaro Buddies did. I wish I had know about this sooner than 2 weeks ago. We would have been able to put it on the calender. :?
