Red MINI w/ red wheels

I've been seeing a red 2nd gen MINI Cooper (can't remember if it's an S or base) on the I-17 southbound. It's got red wheels, they look like Rota's maybe, not sure. The car isn't lowered, from what I can tell. I usually see it in the morning around 6:30 when I am getting off at Northern for work. Whoever drives it is always flying by me and continuing on down towards the stack

I guess this guy lives in north Phoenix, up by me. Cuz I saw him fly by on Carefree Hwy as I was waiting to take a right onto Carefree to get on the I-17

I see this car all the time. The owner even parked near me at Kohl's this morning
