M.A.D.M.E.N Odometer, Where we went in May

MADMEN took the dining part of their name seriously in May.

We did our usual doughnuts and coffee at MINIS and Munchkins at MINI of Tucson.

Munchies was at Zemam.s Ethiopian which was a new experience for some of the MINIs. We had a rather small turnout for this event and those who didn’t make it missed out on a very good meal. While our numbers were small there were enough cars to attract the interest of a passing MINI owner who stopped in to see what was going on.

An additional dinner event in May was a visit to the Food Truck Roundup. We had an impressive turnout for a last minute event. It was hot and noisy but the selection and the quality of the food was outstanding. We should do this again.

Last Saturday Breakfast was at Little Anthony’s Diner. In attendance were new members, returning members and our newest and youngest member made her first official MADMEN event.

A small group of die-hard motorists made the trip to Nevada City CA for the 40th anniversary of Mini Mania. They had a lively trip and enjoyed may unusual sights which they shared on Facebook.
