Anyways...my friend was struck by a semi and messed his knee up pretty bad. Turns out that workers comp is saying that it is a pre-existing injury and they will not cover it anymore. Which is BS......So any ideas or actions and people to go to?

I work for a guy who determines manufacturer design flaws in vehicles that result in injury. You cannot hire him directly, as he works for the attorneys, but one of the major attorneys he works for is Goldberg and Osborne.
