Club track day.

Hi i am pretty new to the club so might be some already.
I think it would be fun to have a club arranged track day.
Ore would be nice to get tips about track days.

We have a number of people with MINIs that regularly run in the local SCCA AutoX events: http://azsolo.com/

And a number of us have also attended HPDE, Time Attack and various types of track day events over the years. I'm sound approved for events at http://arizonamotorsportspark.com/ but have yet to get out to a track event there.

Renting a track for just the club becomes tough as far as getting enough attendance to make it affordable, versus just picking an existing event from one of the local track day events and grouping up for one, but its something I'd like to do again for sure.
